Custom services at reasonable rates

My rates are reasonable and much more competitive than the big box store geeks. Give me a call... We'll discuss your needs and how I can help you. I'll give you honest answers to your questions and won't try to sell you things you don't need. The prices below can give you an idea of what you can expect for various services.

In addition to check, cash, Paypal and Bitcoin, I accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover

The first hour of any on-site job/project is $75.
Regular hourly rate of $50 applies to on-site & drop-off work.
Regular hourly rate of $40 for remote support.

Flat pricing available on the following

  • New system research and purchase / $75
  • New system custom rebuild, config and installation / $100
  • Install/Connect of existing system / $50
  • Existing system rebuild / $150
  • Simple malware infection removal / $75
  • System older than 4 years? Add $25

Other pricing is negotiable and determined by job. I provide a free consultation to determine your needs before any costs are incurred. If I can't help you, I'll find someone who can for free. My goal is to help, not take advantage of, those in need.
 
 

Simple Self Solutions

Have you rebooted?  That's the question I most often ask my customers. Shutting down the system and restarting and resolve a range of issues. Shutting down your system regularly can help close disruptive or buggy programs and free up memory that hasn't been restored. If you're someone who leaves your system on all the time, try a reboot and you're likely to see some improvement.
